Returning your purchase
At Flayme we strive to make sure the quality of our goods is world class. Due to manufacturing demands and human error, occasionally small errors will be missed. Also occasionally at sale point the customer may select the wrong product. We have a fair and transparent returns and refunds process if this is the case.
- 30 days to contact us regarding refund via email or phone.
- 30 days from point of contact to send back product(s)
- Full refund if manufacturing error found to be issue.
Receiving a refund
Once item has been received we will process a refund via your nominated means on the same day of receival.
If you have selected the wrong product please contact us immediately and the same applies we will provide an exchange or the correct size or color. In some circumstances you may be required to pay the postage fee again.
